These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nativeship.io, the NativeShip platform, and related services (the "Services"). NativeShip is operated by co-founders Kelis and Bhavy.
By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Description of the Service
NativeShip helps users import an API and generate an n8n community node and an importable node template or package.
NativeShip provides node-generation tools and related project management. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, configuring, publishing, maintaining, and using the generated output.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use NativeShip.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- upload or distribute malware or unlawful content;
- access systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
- bypass security, usage, access, or payment controls;
- disrupt, overload, probe, or attack NativeShip or a third-party system;
- generate a node for an API you are not authorized to use;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or contractual rights;
- resell access to the NativeShip platform without written permission; or
- assist another person in any prohibited activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create a security, legal, or operational risk.
4. Payment, Projects, and Build Jobs
NativeShip is sold per Project. Each Project is a one-time payment of USD 79. There is no free tier, free trial, recurring subscription, or automatic renewal.
Each Project purchase includes:
- lifetime access to that Project on the NativeShip platform; and
- three build jobs for that Project.
Build jobs belong to the Project they were bought with. They are not shared between Projects, and an unused build job on one Project cannot be moved to another. To create an additional Project, you purchase another Project at the price displayed at that time.
A build job is used when NativeShip starts processing a build, whether the build succeeds or fails. NativeShip estimates that a build has a 0.1% chance of failure, but this estimate is not a guarantee. A new build requested after changing, retrying, or regenerating a Project uses another build job. NativeShip does not charge a build job when a build fails for a reason on NativeShip's side, such as a timeout, an interrupted run, or a storage failure.
A purchase is held for you until you use it to create a Project. If an attempt to create a Project does not complete, the purchase is returned to your account and can be used again.
After the three included build jobs for a Project are used, that Project cannot run further builds. You can still view the Project, download packages it has already produced, and publish an existing build.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as NativeShip continues to operate the applicable platform. It does not guarantee that NativeShip, every feature, or any third-party service will remain available forever.
5. Payment Processing and Taxes
Payments are processed by Polar. By purchasing a Project, you authorize Polar to charge the displayed amount and applicable taxes.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply to your purchase, except taxes imposed on NativeShip's income.
6. Refunds and Account Closure
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or NativeShip approves a refund for a valid reason.
Refund requests must be emailed to hello@nativeship.io with the account email, payment reference, and reason for the request. If a refund is approved after one or more build jobs have been used, NativeShip may reduce the refund to account for the Services already provided. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
Because each Project payment is a one-time purchase and does not renew, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Closing your account does not automatically create a right to a refund.
7. Your Content and API Information
You retain ownership of the APIs, specifications, project information, and other materials you submit to NativeShip.
You grant NativeShip a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, copy, and transform those materials only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Services.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to submit the materials and generate a node from the relevant API.
NativeShip does not use your content to train or fine-tune AI models.
8. Generated Output
After payment and subject to these Terms, you may use, review, modify, and publish the node code or template generated from your authorized materials.
Generated output may include open-source or third-party components governed by their own licenses. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those licenses and with applicable n8n, npm, API-provider, and marketplace requirements.
NativeShip does not guarantee that generated output will be approved, verified, published, or accepted by n8n, npm, or any other third party.
9. NativeShip Intellectual Property
NativeShip retains all rights in its platform, software, design, branding, documentation, and generation systems. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the NativeShip platform or its underlying technology.
10. Third-Party Services
NativeShip uses or interacts with services provided by Google, Google Cloud Platform, Supabase, Polar, n8n, npm, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
NativeShip is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by n8n unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, rejections, or actions of third-party services.
11. Privacy and Security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You are responsible for protecting credentials, secrets, and confidential information submitted to or used with generated nodes.
12. Availability and Changes
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may maintain, update, change, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, continued compatibility with every n8n version, or acceptance of generated nodes by a third party.
13. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable charges, create a security or legal risk, or misuse the Services.
You may request account deletion by emailing hello@nativeship.io from the email address associated with your account. After verification, we will delete your account and associated project information from our active systems within three days.
You should download any generated output you want to retain before requesting deletion.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NativeShip disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Generated nodes may require testing, correction, security review, configuration, and maintenance. You are responsible for determining whether generated output is accurate, secure, lawful, and suitable for your intended use.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NativeShip and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from the Services.
NativeShip's total liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to NativeShip for the purchase giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NativeShip and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your content, your generated node, your use or publication of generated output, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated Terms and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
