NativeShip ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by co-founders Kelis and Bhavy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit nativeship.io or use the NativeShip platform and related services (the "Services").
NativeShip helps users import an API and create an n8n community node and an importable node template or package.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and authentication information required to provide account access. You may sign in with Google or with an email address and password. We do not receive your Google account password.
Project Information
We collect project information such as the project name, project status, imported API information, build status, and other information required to generate and manage your n8n community node.
Billing Information
Payments are processed by Polar. Polar may collect your billing details, payment information, tax information, and transaction details under its own terms and privacy policy. NativeShip does not directly store complete payment-card information.
Communications
We collect information you provide when you contact us by email for support, billing, account deletion, or other requests.
Technical Information
Our hosting, database, authentication, and internal monitoring systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, timestamps, login events, build status, error details, and security events as required to operate and protect the Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- create and manage user accounts;
- authenticate users and protect account access;
- import APIs and generate n8n community nodes;
- manage projects and build-job entitlements;
- process payments through Polar;
- provide customer support;
- monitor performance, investigate errors, and protect the Services;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- improve NativeShip's functionality and reliability.
3. AI Training
NativeShip does not use your personal information, imported API information, project information, or generated node content to train or fine-tune AI models.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only when required to provide or protect the Services, including with:
- Google: Google account sign-in;
- Google Cloud Platform: platform hosting and infrastructure;
- Supabase: database and authentication services;
- Polar: payment processing and purchase administration;
- Internal systems: monitoring and customer support;
- Legal authorities: when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety; and
- Business-transfer participants: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of NativeShip, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account and project information while your account remains active and as needed to provide the Services.
You may request account deletion by emailing hello@nativeship.io from the email address associated with your account. After verifying the request, we will delete your account and associated project information from our active systems within three days.
Polar or other service providers may retain transaction or legal records when required by law or their own policies.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
7. Your Rights
You may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
To submit a privacy request, email hello@nativeship.io. We may verify your identity before completing the request.
8. Age Requirement
NativeShip is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, contact hello@nativeship.io.
9. Cookies
NativeShip does not use analytics or advertising cookies on its public website. Secure session technologies may be used where technically necessary to keep users signed in to the platform.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
